Our growing Irish client are seeking a lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale housing development. You will manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors across multiple construction phases. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Phase Planning: Oversee sequential scheduling for a 500-unit multi-phase build.
- Budget Control: Manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Direct site managers, engineers, and specialized subcontractors.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict building regulations and structural standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain zero-harm health and safety protocols onsite.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Report progress regularly to investors and local authorities.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years managing large-scale residential projects.
- Track Record: Proven success delivering multi-phase or high-volume housing.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
- Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving agility, and decisive leadership.
