Churchfield Home Services is a leading Irish residential energy-retrofit contractor and SEAI-registered One Stop Shop delivering energy upgrades to homes across Ireland.
Our projects can involve multiple measures including insulation, heating and heat pumps, ventilation, electrical works, Solar PV, windows and doors and associated retrofit works.
As our West region continues to grow, we are recruiting a highly organised Schedule Coordinator to join our PMO West team in Crossmolina.
The Role
The Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and maintenance of the PMO West project and installation schedule.
This is an important operational role connecting our project pipeline with our Project Managers, Supervisors, installation teams and available resources.
The successful candidate does not necessarily need to come from construction.
We are particularly interested in someone who is exceptionally organised, logical, comfortable working with systems and detailed information, and capable of coordinating multiple jobs, people, resources and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- maintain and coordinate the PMO West installation schedule;
- review upcoming projects and scheduling requirements;
- coordinate project dates with Project Managers and operational teams;
- match projects with appropriate installation resources;
- monitor project readiness before work is scheduled;
- understand and manage dependencies between different activities;
- optimise schedules based on resource availability, project priority and geography;
- monitor forward workload and available capacity;
- identify scheduling clashes, gaps and constraints;
- respond quickly to cancellations, delays and changing resource availability;
- bring alternative projects forward where capacity becomes available;
- ensure schedule changes are accurately recorded;
- maintain accurate information within QSmart and other approved systems;
- monitor planned versus actual delivery;
- communicate scheduling changes clearly to relevant stakeholders;
- escalate resource or project-readiness issues;
- work closely with our Schedule Administrator and wider PMO team;
- support management with forward scheduling and capacity information;
- and continually identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
You may currently work in:
- scheduling;
- logistics or transport planning;
- field-service coordination;
- operations;
- resource/workforce planning;
- construction administration;
- manufacturing or production planning;
- engineering/service coordination;
- project administration;
- workforce rostering;
- or another fast-moving operational environment.
Experience in construction, retrofit or project management is advantageous but not essential.
A Construction Management degree is not required.

Training
Full training will be provided in the CHS operating model, including:
- the CHS project lifecycle;
- residential retrofit;
- project classifications;
- installation sequencing;
- project-readiness requirements;
- resource/team structures;
- QSmart;
- and CHS scheduling procedures.
We are therefore interested in aptitude and potential as well as previous experience.
Salary & Progression
Starting salary: €45,000 per annum.
Following successful development and demonstrated competency in the role, there is progression to €50,000 per annum.
Salary progression is performance and competency based.
For the right person, there is a longer-term career pathway toward Schedule Manager, with increasing responsibility for scheduling, capacity planning and operational performance as the business grows.

Location
This role is based at our Crossmolina, Co. Mayo operation.
