We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/KYC to join our AML and Client Onboarding team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of client data to identify potential risks, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations by demonstrating expertise in regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed client profiles for review, focusing on accuracy and completeness to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex AML/KYC issues, serving as a resource for best practices and guidance.
Monitor and assess global issues, risks, and events to determine their impact on clients’ risk levels, providing actionable insights to management.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance the effectiveness of the AML/KYC function, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in understanding and applying AML/KYC regulations and guidelines.
