We are currently looking for a Roast House Operator to join our team at our client site in James Street, Dublin 2. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys working in a busy industrial environment and as part of a close-knit team.
No previous experience is required—full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Permanent part-time position
- 3 x 8-hour shifts per week (approximately 20 shifts per month)
- Weekend availability is required
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Grain Intake and Roast House in accordance with established procedures.
- Complete all operational records accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Communicate any issues during shift handovers and report operational or maintenance concerns to management.
- Follow and support all Quality, Food Safety Management System (Q&FSM) and Health & Safety (H&S) procedures within your area.
- Represent the Grain Intake team at daily operational meetings with the client when required.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
