Responsibilities Of Our Assistant Store Manager
- As Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the showroom.
- Train manage staff and lead by example , you'll be passionate about customer service, guiding and developing you team to deliver top customer service on Tiles, Bathrooms and Wood Flooring.
- To maintain brand standards, create a professional and fun working environment.
- Ensure that health and safety and the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times.
- Assist the store in exceeding its KPI targets by way of effective selling and training.
- Drive and develop commercial sale oppotunities.
Requirements of Our Assistant Store Manager
- You are required to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- With a natural enthusiasm of the task at hand , you'll be able to share this zeal with your team and motivate them to a very high standard.
- A commercially astute and highly numeric Assistant Store Manager, you'll also know what steps to take to enhance your stores appeal and profitability.
- A good team leader with plenty of self motivation.

- Commission €10,000 - €15,000 on per year
