As a Client Associate at Zenith, you’ll be right at the heart of our client teams, helping bring
media plans and campaigns to life across everything from TV, radio and outdoor to social,
search, video and partnerships.
You don’t need previous media experience. We’re looking for someone who is curious,
energetic, organized and eager to learn. You’ll get hands-on experience from day one,
alongside structured training and support from some of the best people in the industry.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside Client Managers, strategists, planners and specialist teams to:
- Help plan and deliver exciting integrated media campaigns.
- Work across digital and traditional media channels.
- Turn data, research and trends into useful insights and ideas.
- Help create great client presentations and campaign reports.
- Work with media owners, creative agencies and partners.
- Keep campaigns running smoothly, accurately and on time.
- Bring curiosity and fresh thinking to client challenges.
- Learn quickly and build your knowledge of the entire media industry.
AGENCY PERFORMANCE
- Generate reports and insights using media planning tools.
- Support development of media strategies and plans.
- Coordinate campaign delivery with specialist teams and media owners.
- Prepare presentations, competitor reviews and campaign updates.
- Validate campaign delivery and support post-campaign analysis.
- Promote an accuracy-first culture and ensure plans are audit-ready.
COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Support monthly billing and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure media plans are updated to reflect campaign delivery.
- Maintain accurate client billing records and booking categorization.
- Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and on time.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Participate fully in the Core Learning Programme.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Work with the Client Director to support personal development goals.
- Uphold company values and build strong internal relationships.
Experience
