This role is crucial to the day to day running of our business. It is a challenging and very rewarding position in a fast paced after sales department. The correct candidate will work closely with all members of the after sales team as well as being a focal point when dealing with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Handle all customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Carry out parts enquiries in a timely manner
- Complete incoming and outgoing parts invoices
- Ensure stock levels are suffice at all times
- Complete insurance estimates and liaise with motor assessors
- Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
- Prepare technician job cards for incoming work
- Contact customers when work has been completed to ensure a smooth and professional vehicle handover process
- Keep customer records up to date and ensure CRM accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, automotive or service environment with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to explain information clearly to customers
- Knowledge of vehicle parts
- Full, clean driving licence
- Computer literacy
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
