Neuroadaptive Fitness Coach – Lifting Legends, Greystones
Change lives, one lift at a time.
Lifting Legends is Wicklow’s newest and most exciting strength and fitness facility dedicated exclusively to children and teens with differing needs. We help our athletes build real-world strength, confidence, and joy through movement in a safe, fun, and genuinely supportive environment.
We are now hiring a Neuroadaptive Fitness Coach (Part-Time) to join our growing team in Greystones.
Why this role is different
- Work with a small number of athletes at a time (1:1 and max 4:1 small groups) so you can actually coach, not just supervise.

- Join a values-led, neurodivergent-focused business where patience, compassion, and fun are non‑negotiable.
- Get structured training and mentoring in Autism Fitness Level 1 (Pro) methodology and adaptive coaching in the Lifting Legends Method.

- Follow and contribute to session plans that are safe, engaging, and fun.
- Support athletes with regulation, transitions, and communication in line with our neuroaffirming approach.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents/guardians and communicate progress clearly.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, sensory-considerate training environment.
Session times: Weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings/afternoons.
Monday to Friday shifts 2 pm to 7 pm. Saturday shift 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Hours: Typically 8–15 hours per week, with potential to grow as our membership expands. Currently hiring for 2-3 shifts across the week.
Pay: €17–€20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
