We are a medium-sized, Dublin-based air conditioning and electrical services company, established in 2004. We serve a well-established nationwide client base spanning hotels, bars, fast food restaurants, transport companies, gas wholesalers, retail stores and car showrooms
- Have a Trade Qualification and F-gas cert.
- Experience in reactive call outs, service and maintenance of all types of building services, including splits, VRV systems and air handling units.
- A knowledge of Trend controls and BMS systems is also desirable.
- Good fault finding skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and take a job from allocation to completion with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Maintain accurate service and compliance documentation using digital job management systems
- Be able to mentor and guide apprentices.
- Travel will be required.
- Must live within commuting distance of Dublin city.
- Willingness to travel if required and participate in weekend on-call rota (approx. every 6 weeks)
- Full clean driving licence required
- Company vehicle provided
Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
