Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting – Private Equity Ireland

We’re looking for a Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Private Equity Ireland team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role in a business that is growing strongly, supported by recent new business wins and continued momentum across our private markets franchise.

In this role, you will:
- Lead multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams supporting a broad portfolio of private equity and alternative investment clients.
- Oversee the delivery of core fund accounting activities, including NAV production, fund performance reporting, expense allocations, and financial reporting.
- Manage team priorities, resources, and delivery to ensure a high-quality client experience and strong execution against business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a senior escalation point for complex accounting and operational matters.
- Provide oversight and direction on financial reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with applicable accounting standards and client expectations.
- Guide teams to maintain strong accounting records, processes, and controls in line with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply technical expertise and judgement to resolve complex issues and support effective decision-making.
- Help lead change, including the implementation of regulatory, policy, and process developments, and identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and control.
- Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs accurately reflect fund activity and performance.
- Recruit, develop, and lead talented people, creating an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
Support new business onboarding, transitions, and growth initiatives as the business continues to expand.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA, preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in fund accounting, private equity fund administration, alternative investment servicing, or client accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of private equity fund accounting, including capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, management fees, carried interest, waterfall calculations, portfolio investment accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, or overseeing reporting under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- A strong understanding of private capital fund structures, including limited partnerships, feeder vehicles, SPVs, and similar entities.
- A proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams, while fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with fund accounting systems, general ledger platforms, and reporting tools.
A track record of driving process improvement and operating effectively in a controlled, deadline-oriented environment.

It would be a plus if you also have:
- Experience across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, or other alternative asset classes.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional fund structures and European servicing environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Investran, eFront, Geneva, or similar tools.
Experience supporting fund launches, transitions, onboarding, or broader business growth initiatives.
