Rockwell are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Lead to join our growing team to support the Leinster and Midlands regions, on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects across regulated and high-specification environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded throughout project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of project quality management systems across all project phases from design through installation, commissioning and handover.

Develop and oversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures and quality control processes to ensure successful and right-first-time project delivery.

Monitor project quality performance and ensure all activities are completed in compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards and Company management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Coordinate internal and external audits, manage non-conformance reporting (NCRs), and drive corrective and preventative actions to support continuous improvement.

Review, maintain and control project quality documentation and QA/QC records including inspection reports, test records, calibration certificates, material traceability and project turnover documentation.

Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality expectations are understood, implemented and maintained throughout project execution.

Support training and promote awareness of quality standards, procedures and best practices across project teams to strengthen a culture of quality and compliance.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved and support successful project closeout through effective reporting, documentation and final quality sign-off.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Quality, QA/QC, Site Engineering or Project Engineering role within Mechanical, HVAC, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial project environments.

Third level qualification in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.

Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems, installation standards and commissioning processes.

Experience operating within certified management systems including ISO 9001 (knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 desirable).

Proven ability to manage project quality documentation and audit processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary project teams.
