We are looking for experienced fitness enthusiasts to join our team at Urban One. We have varied roles available, from gym staff to dedicated Personal Trainers. Join us and play a key role in guiding, instructing, and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and enjoyable way. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to new UB1 members.
- Ensure gym safety, cleanliness, and upkeep through routine maintenance.
- Cover reception and administrative duties needed for sign ups & memberships.
- Develop & deliver engaging & effective PT sessions.
- Deliver group classes and develop each session based on member ability.
- Create a great team training atmosphere, ensuring everyone leaves their workout feeling they have achieved something.
- Supervise the public gym during open sessions.

- Passionate about fitness with a strong work ethic.
- Dedicated to providing a great customer service experience.
- Extroverted and love getting to know members & talking about fitness.
- A team player who is energetic, enthusiastic & approachable with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented and professional at all times including on the phone & online.
- Experience with filming content to share on social media beneficial.
Requirements
- Availability to work early/evening/weekends
- Hold a recognised qualification in Health/Fitness/S&C
- Qualified to work in Ireland.
- MUST have own transport to make it to work as shift requires.
- Valid Garda vetting beneficial.
