Salary: €65,000-75,000 per annum DOE, paid monthly
At Culligan Home, we specialize in providing high-quality water treatment solutions to residential customers across Ireland. Our offering includes filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and water softeners, helping households enjoy cleaner, safer, and better-tasting water.
We're looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our field operations team and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our residential customers. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water softener and filtration business, ensuring efficient installation, servicing and maintenance activities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Managing a team of approximately 30–35 field engineers, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, optimizing scheduling and routing, monitoring operational performance, managing budgets and costs, and maintaining high standards of health and safety. You will work closely with Customer Service, HR, Warehouse and Senior Management teams to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth.

Lead and motivate the operations team to deliver high levels of performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the daily scheduling and deployment of field engineers to meet installation, service and maintenance requirements.

Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.

Monitor operational performance, KPIs and service levels, implementing improvements where required.

Manage departmental budgets, control costs and support business profitability.

Lead, coach and develop team members through regular performance management and training.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements

Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within a service-focused environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading field-based teams.

Excellent organizational and planning abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Strong understanding of operational performance metrics and KPI management.

Experience managing budgets, resources and operational costs.

A data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
