About the Role
World Talent Selection is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert for Financial Services – Irish Market to join a leading international financial services operation based in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support customers through various channels, ensure compliance with financial regulations, investigate account-related matters, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while working in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Review customer accounts and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Requirements
- Native or fluent English (Irish Market).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in Financial Services, Banking and/Insurance in Ireland or for Irish market (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good computer literacy.
- EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese Residence Permit required.

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Rotational schedule.
- Two rotational days off per week.
