Project Management: Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. Deliver a gold-standard client experience by anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Contract Management & Commercial Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contractual terms, fees, and commercial agreements across your client portfolio. Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements while identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and influence a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities and securing alignment to achieve successful outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, client satisfaction, and delivery performance, contributing to Leyton's ongoing growth and success.
