Transcendence Interiors is a design-led interior architecture and design studio creating bars, restaurants, hotels and commercial spaces across Ireland including full hotel fit-outs for one of the country's leading hotel groups. We operate alongside our sister company, an established fit-out and joinery contractor with 35+ years in the industry and its own manufacturing workshop on the same site.
Here, your drawings don't disappear into a tender pile, you’ll work from our bespoke materials studio crafting physical mood boards from the world’s leading suppliers & walk fifty metres to our workshop floor and see your designs built by our own joiners. Few design roles in Ireland offer that loop between concept, technical detail and finished installation.
We're growing the design team and looking for a designer who can carry a hospitality project brief from concept through to completion on site.
The role
– Concept development, mood boards, visuals and client presentations, working with our design team, leading all design direction on live projects.
– Preparation of working drawing packages — plans, elevations and technical details issued for costing and joinery manufacture.
– Joinery detailing developed directly with our Workshop Manager and makers buildability resolved at the bench, not by email.
– Selection and preparation of bespoke FF&E schedules — furniture, fabrics, carpets, lighting — coordinated through procurement, supplier relationships and programme.
– Site visits, snagging and design delivery alongside our own fit-out crews and site leads.
– Supporting the Operations Manager on specification, samples and client-facing presentation material for tender and approval stages.
You
– Degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design, or equivalent professional experience
– Experience in commercial or hospitality interiors, with a portfolio that shows both creative range and technical delivery.
– An understanding of joinery detailing and construction, or a strong drive to learn it beside the people who build it.
– Proficient in Digital design Software.
– Clear, neat design information and confident client communication.
– A self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team; full driving licence
