Optimize Recruitment is currently seeking experienced MIG Welder/Fabricators to join a growing production team based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong MIG welding and fabrication experience. Candidates should be innovative, proactive, and capable of developing practical and effective solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires a motivated individual who can work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar welding/fabrication role
- Strong MIG welding and metal fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements
- High level of motivation and attention to detail
