Position Overview
The Venue Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing daily operations in both the pub and Live Gig Venue , ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing staff during live events. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a love for live music.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing live performances, including setup and teardown.
- Collaborate with artists and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee ticket sales and guest entry during events.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience during live events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, pre and Post Gigs
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in financial audits as required.
- Promote upcoming events through social media and in-house marketing.
- Gather feedback from patrons to improve services and offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or live music venue.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.

Pay: €29,951.19-€65,604.97 per year
