Senior Healthcare Transformation Consultant (Contract- Hybrid on-site required)
We are seeking an experienced healthcare transformation consultant to lead the implementation of a new Patient Management System (PMS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform for a growing healthcare organisation in Ophthalmology
This is a hands-on role combining:
Healthcare Workflow Designer / Business Analyst
Part-Time IT Project Manager
You will be responsible for mapping current processes, designing future-state workflows, working with vendors on system configuration, managing project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, supporting testing and training, and helping drive a successful go-live.
Engagement
4–5 month contract
Approximately 50-60 consulting days expected
Increased involvement during testing and go-live
