Technical Sales Engineer
Our clients, with head offices in Dublin West, provides Building Energy Management Systems to the Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Biosciences and Healthcare Industries throughout Europe. They currently require an additional Technical Sales Engineer.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects that involve installing, upgrading, or maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
The Role:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for BMS and EPMS projects,
Preparing and presenting bid proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
The Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in estimating or a similar role
Expertise in cost estimation methods and best practices.
Strong understanding of building management, and electrical power monitoring
systems products, services and market trends
Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or
equivalent.
