Breakfast Chef
The Lake of Shadows Hotel is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our professional kitchen team on a fixed term basis.
All applicants must be fully flexible and available to work midweek and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
- Ensure food is well presented and served promptly.
- Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.
- Liaising with the head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a successful working environment.

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

- Buncrana, County Donegal: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
