Senior Pizza Chef at Bambino

Bambino is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our growing production team in Phibsborough, Dublin 7. This is a full-time position based in our Central Production Unit, where you'll play a key role in preparing the high-quality pizzas and ingredients .

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking New York-style pizzas to our high standards.
- Stretching dough, building pizzas and managing the pizza station during production.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency and quality.
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring all recipes and specifications are followed.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and service-ready.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive and efficient kitchen environment.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Maker (essential).
- A genuine passion for pizza and quality food.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Requirements
- This is a full-time position.
- Applicants must have valid permission to work full-time in Ireland (appropriate visa or work permit where applicable).
