This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Wedding Coordinator who would like to broaden their experience and develop their career within hotel sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Weddings & Sales
- Manage wedding enquiries from initial contact through to showaround, quotation, booking and contracting.
- Act as a key point of contact for wedding couples throughout the planning process.
- Conduct professional wedding showarounds and consultations, showcasing the hotel and its wedding offering.
- Follow up wedding enquiries and proactively work to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Maintain accurate wedding records, correspondence, contracts, deposits and booking information.
- Coordinate wedding details with relevant operational departments to ensure accurate communication and seamless delivery.
- Assist with wedding menu tastings, planning meetings and final detail appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with couples throughout their planning journey.

- Manage and create engaging content across the hotel's social media channels.
- Develop a regular content calendar aligned with weddings, bedrooms, food & beverage, events and seasonal campaigns.
- Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns to the hotel's customer database.
- Assist with the development of promotional campaigns, packages and special offers.
- Create engaging written and visual content that reflects the hotel's brand and positioning.
- Support the ongoing management and updating of website content.
- Coordinate photography, video and other content creation where required.
- Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance and key digital marketing metrics.
- Identify opportunities to increase the hotel's digital reach, engagement and direct business.
- Support the promotion of hotel events, packages, awards and key commercial activity.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and customer communications.

- An interest in developing a career within sales, marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience managing business social media accounts would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Canva or similar digital tools would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- The ability to manage multiple weddings, enquiries and marketing projects simultaneously.
- A creative approach with a strong understanding of presentation and brand standards.

- Wedding enquiry conversion
- Wedding revenue and confirmed business
- Quality and timeliness of wedding administration
- Customer experience and wedding couple satisfaction

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales and wider management team and will have the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded hotel sales and marketing professional.
