Team Overview:
Our BIM (Building Information Modelling) team plays a vital role in delivering accurate, coordinated, and data-rich 3D models for use throughout the design, construction, and installation phases of our projects. Working closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams, the department ensures that all mechanical and electrical services are fully integrated and clashfree prior to construction. This proactive approach helps reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across all stakeholders — ultimately supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke MEP solutions.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering fully coordinated, clash-free, and fabrication-ready MEP models that support design, offsite manufacturing, and onsite installation.
The role acts as the key link between design, BIM, fabrication, and site teams, ensuring models are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

Responsible to | Head of BIM
The role involves developing and managing fully coordinated MEP models in Revit, integrating architectural and structural information while using Revizto to carry out clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and manage federated models for project reviews. Responsibilities include producing high-quality client drawings, fabrication models, spool drawings, installation and setting-out information, as well as extracting quantities and schedules to support procurement and offsite manufacturing. The role also supports data centre projects through the coordination of architectural and structural tender packages, maintains accurate project information and version control throughout the project lifecycle, and updates models in response to site markups and design changes. Working closely with design, prefabrication, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, the role contributes to coordination meetings, communicates project progress and risks, and supports the delivery of accurate as-installed models for handover and commissioning. All work must meet company BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and ISO 19650 requirements while maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
