Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Field Agents to support the Re‑turn programme across the Laois/Offaly region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, engaging with retailers and stakeholders, and representing the organisation in a professional and solution‑focused manner.
To be considered for this role you must be located in the Laois/Offaly area. Unfortunately, applications from outside this region will not be accepted.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct on‑site visits to retailers, collection points, and partners to ensure compliance with Re‑turn processes and standards

Provide guidance, training, and support to retailers on system usage, operational requirements, and best practices

Monitor and report on site performance, equipment issues, and operational challenges

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned locations, building strong working relationships

Complete field reports, documentation, and updates in a timely and accurate manner

Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams where required

Support rollout activities such as Bulk RVM launches and other projects within the region

Represent the Re‑turn brand professionally at all times
Skills & Experience-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a regional schedule

Experience in field operations, retail support, customer service, or compliance (preferred but not essential)

Problem‑solving mindset with a practical, hands‑on approach

Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel outside of home county

Comfortable using mobile apps, reporting tools, and basic digital systems
