We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Trim Co.Meath (39 hours per week). This role is essential in supporting project delivery through efficient materials handling, preparation, and logistics support across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within our warehouse and logistics function. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring materials, equipment, and fabricated components are prepared, organised, and delivered accurately and on time to support Instrotec project teams on site.
The role will involve a mix of warehouse duties, light assembly work (including brackets and support systems), stock control, and site deliveries. It requires a practical, safety-conscious individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Carry out general warehouse duties including receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries

Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch to multiple project sites

Assemble basic components such as brackets, supports, and small prefabricated items as required

Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

Complete deliveries to various construction and client sites when required

Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control and inventory checks

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards

Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics

Inspect materials for damage or defects and report any issues promptly

Support project teams by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment

Follow all company procedures, safety policies, and manual handling guidelines

Assist with basic fabrication support tasks when required

Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to meet project deadlines

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or construction support role desirable

Experience with manual handling and safe lifting practices
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
- Full clean driving license required for site deliveries
- Basic knowledge of construction materials or electrical/instrumentation components an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
