dnata Catering & Retail Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.
Reporting to the Commerical Director, the Key Account Manager will act as the primary relationship lead for our Aer Lingus partnership. This is a high-impact role where you will drive account performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a complex operational environment. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day account activity, improving service standards, and delivering commercial growth, while acting as the voice of the customer internally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a strong strategic relationship with Aer Lingus stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational and commercial matters
- Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Drive contract performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, implementing corrective actions where needed
- Conduct regular reviews, site visits, and performance presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, compliance, HR, IT)
- Monitor account performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability (EBITDA focus)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Maintain visibility across all Aer Lingus stations and operational sites

Requirments
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, sales, or commercial roles
- Experience within aviation, catering, or complex operational environments (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
- Advanced IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Pay: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
