The Role
As our Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Service Department, helping to ensure smooth operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for coordinating service bookings, managing customer communications, supporting workshop efficiency, and helping the team achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Experience with Autoview, service triage, or warranty administration is advantageous but not essential
