We are seeking an experienced Level 2 to Advanced Scaffolder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures of varying complexity in accordance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures (tube and fitting, system scaffolds, etc.) in line with design specifications and safety standards.
- Read and interpret scaffolding drawings and plans.
- Conduct safety inspections of scaffolding prior to use.
- Ensure compliance with Work at Height Regulations and company safety protocols.
- Load and unload scaffolding materials safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to coordinate safe access solutions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Identify and report potential hazards or defects immediately.
- Mentor and assist trainee scaffolders and apprentices where required.

Pay: €20.00-€30.00 per hour
