We are looking to recruit an AIM Support Worker for 6 hours per day Monday to Friday, from September until end of June 2026. This will be a fixed-term contract for the time period outlined. This position will be to work with one child who has been approved for 6 hours Level 7 support.
We are a high-quality Early Years service, offering small group sizes and high-quality, child-focused care in Churchtown, Dublin 14 for the last 25 years. We are very proud of our team, and are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to join us.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:
- have a minimum qualification of QQI Level 5 Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
- a relevant qualification in Inclusion or Special Needs is desirable.
- have experience of working in an Early Years environment.
- agree to Garda vetting and international police vetting if required.
- provide 2 written references.
- have First Aid training.

- a strong working knowledge of Aistear, with a focus on independence and skill acquisition.
- ability to work well and collaborate with other educators in the room.
- be adaptable to the needs of the child, and a knowledge of child-led practice.
- good organisational skills, and a capacity to keep up to date with observations, tracking and other documentation required.
- ability to work in partnership with families, and establish excellent communication between parents/guardians and colleagues.
