The successful candidate will provide our customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service, promote the company's products and services in a professional manner whilst managing and maintaining excellent customer service.
Knowledge of Electrical Trade an advantage but not essential.
Deliver excellent support to Customers, respond to enquiries, process customers orders at the counter, phone and e-mail.
Liaise with Suppliers where necessary and re-order stock.
Maintain a clean and effective counter area and ensure company policies are followed.
Good communication skills, organisational skills, attention to detail and a good phone manner.
Clean Driving licence essential
