The job will require to travel to various sites in the Dublin and greater Leinster area, The role will require the candidate to have.
- Qualification in Construction/Engineering/Architecture/Sustainability
- Proficient in Cad, word and excel
- Good knowledge of Part L and Part F of the Building regulations
- Have completed and successfully passed the BER assessor training course
- Survey and gather technical information on site
- Carry out calculations in accordance with DEAP procedure
- Generate BER certs and Advisory reports
- Complete heat pump technical assessments
- Carry out home energy audits
- Be a client focused and competent at time management
While the list of skills and competencies given are required training will be provided where required.
