As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring your section is organized, efficient, and service-ready at all times. We are seeking someone who understands the importance of thorough food preparation and mise en place. Strong prep skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure are essential. We believe that excellent service starts with excellent preparation.
