We're looking for a friendly, capable optical assistant to be one of the first faces our patients see. A front-of-house and sales role, helping people find the right frames, looking after bookings, and making every visitor feel welcome.
You'd be great at this if you
- Are warm, chatty, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Have a knack for matching people with the perfect frame/product
- Are practical and comfortable learning technical tasks
- Take change in your stride and like trying new things
- Are reliable and take pride in doing things well
- Tech-confident, able to handle everyday computer tasks and troubleshoot small problems as they come up

Previous experience in retail, customer service or experience in the optical industry an advantage.
