We are recruiting a qualified pharmacy technician.
Technician qualification not essential but previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is essential
The position is for 5 days per week, no late nights, Sunday's or bank holidays. The pharmacy technician will work as part of a team, supporting our pharmacists and technician in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and prepare medication for dispensing under the supervision of the Pharmacist
- Process and tracking of claims
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering medicines.
- Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have:
- Pharmacy Technician experience in a busy Irish Pharmacy or at least 2 years’ experience working in Irish pharmacy
- Be accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Must be personable, reliable and punctual.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be organised and motivated
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team
- Experience with Touchstore an advantage
