Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Measurements:Precisely measure windows using industry standard techniques to ensure blinds are correctly sized.
- Installation:Professionally install a wide range of blinds including roller blinds, Venetian blinds, Roman shades, cellular shades, and motorized blinds according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Customer Interaction:Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.
- Quality Control:Inspect completed installations to ensure proper alignment, functionality, and adherence to quality standards
- Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during installation, including minor adjustments to brackets or hardware.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Maintain a company vehicle by keeping it clean, organized, and properly stocked with installation tools and materials.
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in measuring techniques, basic carpentry skills, understanding of different blind mechanisms and installation procedures.
- Customer Service:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to work meticulously, ensuring precise measurements and installation.
