Quantity Surveyor

Ainscaff Scaffolding is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Scaffolding or formwork experience is a bonus
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, measurement and cost control
Proficient in Excel and industry software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full Irish driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and budgets
Measure and value works, including variations and final accounts
Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries
Assist in contract administration and commercial management
Monitor project costs and financial performance
Work closely with operational teams to ensure project efficiency and profitability
