Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for proactive and diligent Team Leader to join the Sixt Ireland team. The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of our garage as well as providing guidance and direction to General Operator/Driving team, with the support of the Garage Manager.
The Driver Team Leader role offers broad range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Day-to-day oversight of team of General Operators/Drivers ensuring productivity and quality service delivery at all times
- Forward planning to ensure that each day a seamless service is consistently delivered by the garage team.
- Responsibility for achieving personal KPIs and encouraging garage team to do the same
- Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
Role Requirements:
- A self-starter with excellent people, organisational and communication skills
- Full clean Irish driving licence in manual and automatic transmission
- Fluency in English
- Previous team supervising advantageous, not required
- Flexibility - normal working hours will be between 5am – 12am rostered over Monday to Sunday with breaks
