New Business Executive — Part-Time (Retainer + Commission)

The short version
We're a Dublin creator agency. Brands buy monthly packages of creator video from us — real people who actually use the product, shot to the brand's brief, delivered as raw files with full usage rights so the brand can run them as paid ads.
We need someone to sell it. You'd be our first sales hire.
What you'd earn
Three parts, all clearly defined:
- €400 per month retainer, starting from month two, once the accounts you've signed are billing €4,000 a month or more between them.
- 5% of what each client pays us, every month they stay. Our Growth package is €2,250/month, so one Growth client is €112.50 a month to you, for as long as they remain a client.
- €100 for each account you sign, paid on signature.
Month one is commission only — the retainer begins once the €4,000 threshold is met, and continues while your accounts stay above it.
What that looks like in practice. Four clients on your book billing €7,000 a month between them works out at about €750 a month, €400 retainer plus €350 commission. Someone still building, with two clients at €3,000 a month, would be on around €150. Earnings depend entirely on what you close and what stays closed. Commission continues for as long as each client remains with us; there's no cut-off after the first month or the first year.
What you'd actually do
- Work our inbound replies. Cold email is already running and brands are answering, those conversations need someone to pick them up quickly and turn them into calls.
- Make outbound calls from a researched, verified list. You won't be building it yourself; the brand, the contact and the reason to call are handed to you.
- Run the call: qualify, pitch the packages, handle price, close or book the follow-up.
- Hand closed accounts to us for delivery, and stay close enough that they renew — you're paid while they stay, so their renewal is your income too.
Hours are flexible within Irish and UK business hours.
Who this suits
- You've sold something before and you're comfortable on the phone with people who didn't ask you to call.
- You want ownership rather than a seat on a floor. There's a call sheet, a price list, and your judgement.
- You'd rather build a book that pays you monthly than chase one-off commissions.
- Useful if you already understand DTC brands, paid social or the creator economy. Not required, the training is a week; the phone skill is the hard part.
Being straight with you
We're early. You'd be selling the model, not a portfolio of case studies, the brands you close will be our first named clients. Month one being commission-only is for the same reason: we're both finding out whether this sells.
What you do get: a live pipeline from day one, published pricing so you're never guessing, a call sheet with the objections already worked out, and a founder who picks up the phone.
