Events & Client Experience Manager

Overall Objective
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and highly proactive Events & Client Experience Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of both corporate office events and large-scale client experience throughout the year. This role requires someone who can operate independently, take ownership of projects, and bring fresh ideas and creativity to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for the operational execution of events, but also for enhancing the overall client and guest experience through innovative concepts, strong supplier management, exceptional presentation standards, and commercially focused event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, hospitality activations, and client experiences from concept through to delivery
- Develop creative event ideas, themed activations, and engagement initiatives that enhance brand experience and client satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and costings while maintaining strong commercial awareness and budget control
- Manage all event logistics including staffing, suppliers, catering, equipment, entertainment, décor, signage, and operational requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve event offerings, increase client engagement, and introduce new concepts and experiences
- Oversee monthly pop-ups, seasonal activations, and themed events throughout the year
- Ensure all events are delivered to an exceptionally high standard and aligned with company expectations and brand presentation
- Coordinate event branding, marketing materials, posters, and signage
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and operational planning to ensure seamless execution
- Take ownership of on-site event management and troubleshoot operational issues confidently and efficiently
- Monitor stock, event materials, supplier performance, and overall presentation standards across event spaces
- Handle client and customer communications professionally and proactively
- Support business development opportunities through excellent client service and relationship management
- Work collaboratively with internal departments while also being confident working independently and making decisions on own initiative
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in events, hospitality, client experience, or event operations.
- Strong event management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and quotations.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Creative mindset with the confidence to introduce new ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high presentation standards.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
