HalloweenHQ is Ireland's leading Halloween retailer, and every year we transform our stores into must-visit destinations for the season. We're looking for a highly driven, hands-on Seasonal Store Manager to lead our Dublin City Centre store during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.
You'll be responsible for running the shop floor, leading your team, and delivering an incredible experience for every customer who walks through our doors during the Halloween season.
Reports to: District Manager
What you'll be doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of our Dublin City Centre store.
- Training and motivating a seasonal retail team.
- Driving sales performance and consistently meeting store targets.
- Ensuring stock is accurately received, replenished and merchandised to a high standard.
- Managing roasters, staffing levels and shift coverage across peak trading.
- Overseeing cash management, banking and end-of-day reporting.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly on the floor.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and store presentation.
- Working closely with the Operations team to support seasonal demand and store standards.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Is highly organised and thrives under pressure.
- Has excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Is confident with sales targets, stock and cash handling.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Is fully flexible, including weekends, evenings and additional hours during peak periods.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, seasonal business.
