Sous Chef required to assist the Head Chef in the running of a busy kitchen in a Gastro pub in Naas Co Kildare.
* Experience in Sous chef role is essential
* Must be able to travel to & from Naas
* Ability to lead the team & assume responsibility when Head Chef is not present
* Passion for food & flavors
* HACCP & food handling qualifications essential
* Ability to work within a team
