Sales & Customer Experience
Part of this role will involve personally conducting private bridal and occasionwear appointments.
You will work one-to-one with brides and their guests, taking the time to understand what they are looking for, providing expert styling and product recommendations, creating a memorable experience and confidently guiding them towards the dress of their dreams.
You will:

- Build genuine rapport and trust with brides and their guests
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend products and solutions
- Use strong consultative selling skills to guide customers through their decision-making process
- Work towards individual and team targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey
- Handle customer questions and more complex situations confidently and professionally
- Represent the Truly Bridal brand to an exceptionally high standard

- Premium or luxury retail
- Fashion
- Beauty and cosmetics
- Pharmacy
- Jewellery
- Spas and wellness
- High-end hospitality
- Other premium or customer-focused businesses
What matters most is your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, sell confidently and create an exceptional customer experience.

Alongside your sales responsibilities, you will take ownership of a range of operational activities that help the boutique run smoothly and efficiently.
This will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique
- Taking ownership of agreed operational processes
- Supporting stock management and maintaining high standards of organisation
- Preparing dresses, stock and customer orders
- Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing customer correspondence and following up outstanding actions
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Supporting administrative processes and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Identifying ways to improve systems, processes and the customer experience

Senior Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
You will be expected to:
- Lead by example on the shop floor
- Support and encourage other members of the sales team
- Maintain high standards across sales, customer service and operations
- Take responsibility for completing tasks to a high standard and within deadlines
- Identify problems and proactively find solutions
- Support management in maintaining an organised and high-performing boutique
