Walker 1781 has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for food. We are searching for a passionate, reliable, and dedicated Chef de Parti to join our culinary team. You will play a pivotal role, working closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of our kitchen, deliver dishes that delight our guests, and uphold our reputation for culinary excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in the kitchen
- Work with a great team of chefs and floor staff
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Produce excellent meals while ensuring that food comes out simultaneously in a timely fashion
- Stock control and food handling
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Desired Qualities:
- A career-driven individual
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- HACCP knowledge at an excellent level
