This advertisement is for a full-time position for an experienced Sales leader who not only delivers their own results but trains and coaches the Team to develop their sales skills.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-sufficient, and able to deliver sales targets. The role is perfect for candidates with experience in sales from Harvey Norman, or Currys, or other tech stores that offer sales and repairs. People who are interested in working with a fast-growing Irish company and proving themselves in sales.
Multitasking, a positive attitude, and a success-driven personality are essential.
We want to meet you if you are passionate about technology and customers and have at least two years of experience!
This position requires flexibility and weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Meeting, greeting, and engaging customers.
- Sales – Highly skilled and has a proven track record.
- Develop the Team to achieve store goals.
- Shop maintenance (stock orders, merchandising).
- Booking in repairs to maximise revenue.
- Promote the TechStar brand.
- Opening and closing the store
- Working with the till
Personality:
- Passionate, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues.
- Great team player and self-motivated. Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of electronic devices.
- High sense of work ethic and integrity.
Experience:
Experience in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets. Preferred experience from Currys, Harvey Norman, DID or Expert stores.
