The Role
The Sales Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Ireland office. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
- Support finance-related administration such as invoicing, expense processing, and record keeping.
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, and leave tracking.
- Support senior management with reports, documentation, and general administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements
About You
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Professional, discreet, and approachable manner
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment
