We are an upcoming Mat Pilates studio located in Annacotty, Limerick looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Mat Pilates Instructor to join us as we build our new studio and community.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and safe Mat Pilates classes
- Provide modifications and progressions for different fitness levels
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
- Guide clients on correct technique, posture and alignment
- Help contribute to a positive studio atmosphere and growing Pilates community
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and client care
Requirements
- Recognised Mat Pilates Instructor qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence teaching group classes
- Knowledge of safe exercise technique and appropriate modifications
- Reliable, friendly and professional attitude
