We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in The Odeon on Harcourt street D2, as we require a full time maitre d/floor supervisor to oversee our food operation. We need you to be a confident ,experienced outgoing fun flamboyant person ,who understands the business of Irish hospitality, where a welcome smile and a positive interaction is priceless in creating a memorable experience for the guests. We need you to have min 5 years experience in service as a matrie d /floor supervisor in a similar busy bar offering . The shifts are from 11am to 21:00 from Tuesday to Friday and 3pm until 00:00 on a Saturday with some extra late nights depending on business. You will have every Sunday and Monday as days off bar bank holidays if events are booked.
