Construction Operatives – Tarmac Crew

We are currently recruiting experienced Construction Operatives to join a busy Tarmac Crew working on road construction and resurfacing projects across Donegal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with road surfacing and tarmac laying operations
- Rake, level and finish asphalt to a high standard
- Operate hand tools and small plant safely
- Support paving crews and roller operators
- Carry out groundwork and general site duties
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures on site
- Work efficiently as part of a professional roadworks team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with tarmac or road construction crews preferred
- Experience in construction or civil engineering projects
- Valid Safe Pass card, SLG and first aid an advantage
- Manual Handling certificate (preferred)
- Full driving licence is an advantage
- Good work ethic, reliability and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
