PSE are now recruiting for a Health, Safety & Compliance officer to join their team in either Citywest Dublin or Newcastle West, County Limerick.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
- Carry out risk assessments
Identify hazards in the workplace
Put safety measures in place to reduce risks
Make sure the company follows health & safety laws and regulations
Keep records and documentation up to date
- Conduct inspections and audits
Regularly check the workplace for safety issues
Ensure equipment and procedures meet safety standards
Look into accidents and near misses
Find the cause and prevent future issues
Train staff on safety procedures (e.g. fire safety, manual handling)
Promote safe working practices
Keep records of incidents, inspections, and audits
Report findings to management
Create and update company health & safety procedures
Ensure staff follow these policies
- Monitor workplace conditions
Check cleanliness, equipment safety, and overall working environment
Address any safety concerns quickly
A qualification in health and safety or related field is essential
3-5 years experience is desirable
Hold valid permission to work in Ireland
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
